The cylinder camera with the extremely light-sensitive 1/3“ CCD Sony Super HADII chip, the new Wide Lux DSP control, and the scrolling integration not only delivers high-brilliance images with 700 TV lines but also ensures exact and fast image optimization even under fluctuating light conditions thanks to its control behavior. At the same time, the Wide Lux 3 image signal processor with WDR function guarantees that details in dark as well as bright image areas are perfectly reproduced (ideal for backlighting and high contrasts). To do this, the camera will take several shots with varying exposure times and automatically combine them into one image. The likewise integrated 2D/3D DNR noise reduction works motion-optimized and reduces disturbing image noise to a minimum. In darkness, the color camera operates in B&W mode.
